In response to the last question David says she’s Henry’s step-grandmother but Snow corrects him by saying that she’s his step-great-grandmother.

(sorry if my english is bad, i'm brazilian) On the episode they found out that Henry's father is Mr. Gold's son (Bae), David says that Regina is Henry's mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, why is she Henry's grandmother?

I don’t think David says Regina is Henry’s grandmother? She’s Emma’s step-grandmother, and that makes her Henry’s step-great-grandmother, but unless I’m blanking on something important she’s not Henry’s grandmother.

I can’t rewatch the episode right now to check, but I feel like he says *Gold* is his grandfather?

I feel kind of dumb asking but how did Cora die? Snow gave Regina the hear, Regina put the heart in Cora, then Cora died. I feel like I missed something.

Snow cursed the heart with the magic candle. If you watched 215, Cora gave Snow (in flashback) a candle that would save her mother, in exchange for someone else’s life. She didn’t use it then, but in 216 she found it in Gold’s shop. So she went to find Cora’s heart, and used the candle on it to save Gold’s life in exchange for Cora. When Regina put back the cursed heart, Cora died.

I would guess she meant that, had she had her heart, having Regina would have been enough and she wouldn’t have needed more power/crowns/etc. But, I think it can be open to interpretation.

The Miller's Daughter

I’m not an Evil Regal but let me say that the Miller’s Daughter was heartbreaking. When I saw Regina asking Rumple “what’s going on?” and then crying like a baby, I felt so sorry for her (it looks a lot like the “Simba-Mufasa scene” in the Lion king). And once again, Rumple is the one who’s beyond all of this. I’m really starting to blame him, and the fact that he’s trying to corrupt every good character, including Snow and Emma.

I actually think I read on Jane’s twitter that the Lion King parallels were intentional? At least in the scene were Cora “presents” Regina!

Do you know if ”Welcome to Storybrooke” will reveal how Regina tailored the different cursed personalities or will it show the characters right after she did it?

As far as I know, no. I think the episode will be about Regina getting used to her new reality and what happens when two strangers stumble upon the town.

Good for him! I don’t know about Ginny, maybe she has. It’s really much more difficult to stop if your significant other keeps smoking! So maybe they stopped together.

You could try asking them on Sunday! They’ll both be livetweeting the episode.

Okay so I've been thinking why Emma's last name is Swan and it occurred to me that in the story of The Swan Princess, the Prince falls for the wrong girl and nearly kills the swan. What if that's what will happen to Emma if Neal/Bae picks Tamara?

Yeah, sorry, we aren’t going to update that :( I would reccomend checking out storybrookemirror, they do a fabulous job keeping up with all things once.

When is Cora FINALLY going to get what she deserves? I wanted Regina to kill her last night! She basically admitted to controlling every aspect of Regina's entire life!!! I really hope that it wasn't the real dagger and that somehow Rumple's dagger is safe still. The way Cora was stroking the dagger like she loved it was so creepy!! Ok rant over :)

I have my theories on when Cora is going to bite, but I actually think she’s a really effective villain! Crossing my fingers that next episode, which will be Cora-focused, won’t ruin that. I’m hearing some ridiculous stuff that I hope won’t really matter in the ep.

Well, it hasn’t been ruled out, but since Neal is someone who hates magic, him getting engaged to a fairy would be a big strange, right?

On the other hand she seems to be at least aware of magic (unless Neal tells her in 215?), because she comes to SB and witnesses magic. So anything is possible!

The thing is though, if she was supposed to be Tinkerbell I think the casting call would have said “with a British accent” like it did with Hook and Lancelot.spoilers

actually i would speculate that the big death would be ruby: she's a main character but expendable since she isn't used for anything other than help the main characters

Well, that’s possible, but I’m still betting on Cora. Especially if you add the death spoiler to the “pure character does something bad” spoiler (even though I think killing Cora is self defense, I’m guessing we’ll find out Cora killed Snow’s mother in 215, and Snow will kill Cora in 216).

My guess is that the major death in 1x16 is going to be Rumple from what we saw in the trailer
